Labor Market Integration

Together with colleagues at the Department of Economics, Uppsala University, and the Swedish Public Employment Office we run a project that aims to better understand the psychological capacities that facilitate, or risk hindering, successful reintegration into the labor market following unemployment. Our focus is on the strength of individuals and how this can be used to enhance matching and targeted interventions focusing on areas where an individual has unexplored growth potential.
