P4C in Swedish schools
Partnering for Change (P4C) is a Canadian intervention model completely new in the Swedish context, which is based on interprofessional collaboration, partnership and knowledge transfer to create inclusive learning environments for students in need of support.
Research
Research into the implementation of P4C in the Swedish context has been ongoing since 2019. A feasibility study has been conducted and an intervention study is now underway for four years with funding from, among others, FORTE.
