Sample submission
We follow the procedure outlined at these pages when planning a project and receiving samples.
Please take a moment to read through our submisson instructions in order to have your samples processed.
From project design to publication
Step 1. Project design
Request a meeting in the NGI Order Portal. Our project coordinators will arrange a meeting if requested.
Step 2. Contract
When your project details are in order, sign the contract in order to send the project forward.
Step 3. Sample submission
Deliver your samples along with your sumbission form.
Step 4. Sequencing (and extraction)
Your samples will go through a thorough quality control. Once the samples have passed, the lab will process your samples according to your order.
Step 5. Data delivery
After sequencing, the yield and quality of the data are monitored to make sure that the data meet our standards. The data is subsequently made available to you on a secure delivery resource from SciLifeLab.
Step 6. Publication
Please remember to acknowledge Uppsala Genome Center in your manuscript. We are happy to provide you with information for the Materials & Methods section of your manuscript.
