Compulsory course in research ethics
All new research or teaching staff and all those taking on the role of principal supervisor for the first time should complete the Research Ethics for Researchers in Medicine training programme.
Already employed staff as well as staff affiliated with Medfarm should also be given the opportunity to complete the course.
Prize for internationalisation in medical education
In 2017, Sweden’s medical faculties jointly established an award for the internationalisation of medical education at the undergraduate and advanced levels. The purpose of the award is to stimulate efforts, encourage initiatives to increase focus on internationalisation, and recognise teaching staff for their dedicated work.
Summer research schools
The Disciplinary Domain of Medicine and Pharmacy offers several research schools, either independently or through collaborations.
