When to submit documents
Submissions are due at different times of the year depending on whether the programme is evaluated on a calendar year basis (e.g. 2020) or an academic year basis (e.g. 2020/2021).
The officer responsible for each programme under evaluation ensures the submission of the documents and creates a file for decision in the following committees.
Programmes evaluated on a calendar year basis
- A proposal for the plan, reviewers and student representatives is submitted to the GRUFF, GRUNK and KUF, who approve (December).
- The proposal is first sent to the AU, which prepares it, and then to the ON for a decision (January).
- The statement, reports and planned actions are sent to the GRUFF, GRUNK and KUF (November).
- The GRUFF, GRUNK and KUF review, comment and approve (November).
- The statement, reports and planned actions are sent first to the AU, which prepares, and then to the ON (December).
- The ON decides on necessary actions or follow-up and approves (December).
- The statement, reports and planned measures are sent to the Division for Quality Enhancement and the Registrar (January).
- The statement and planned measures are published on Uppsala University’s website (January).

Programmes evaluated on an educational year basis
