When to submit documents

Submissions are due at different times of the year depending on whether the programme is evaluated on a calendar year basis (e.g. 2020) or an academic year basis (e.g. 2020/2021).

The officer responsible for each programme under evaluation ensures the submission of the documents and creates a file for decision in the following committees.

  3. The statement, reports and planned actions are sent to the GRUFF, GRUNK and KUF (November).
  4. The GRUFF, GRUNK and KUF review, comment and approve (November).
  5. The statement, reports and planned actions are sent first to the AU, which prepares, and then to the ON (December).
  6. The ON decides on necessary actions or follow-up and approves (December).
  7. The statement, reports and planned measures are sent to the Division for Quality Enhancement and the Registrar (January).
