Research agreements

Written agreements make it easier to establish what the parties have agreed upon and reduce the risk of misunderstandings.

Before signing a research agreement

Ensure that issues relating to funding, results, publication and rights have been clarified, and that the appropriate authorisation, guidelines and agreement templates are in place.
