- The Innovation Partnership Office initiates and supports innovation projects and collaborative platforms between the University’s researchers and external organisations to meet societal challenges. Therefore, much of their work deals with bringing together different skills. A researcher can contact the Innovation Partnership Office if needing help finding relevant external contacts for a project, for support with cooperation agreements or for advice on funding opportunities, even general advice on how to get started with a collaboration.
- UU Innovation provides support to researchers in commercialization and other forms of utilization of research results. As a researcher, you can approach UU Innovation to get help in identifying, evaluating and developing research results, providing the best possible conditions for the results to come to use in society. In addition to advice and coaching, UU Innovation can help you with funding. We also have expert support regarding agreements, patents and other intellectual property rights. You do not have to apply to use UU Innovation's services, and the support is confidential and free of charge. Uppsala University also does not take ownership in your innovation project.
- Legal Affairs can assist with questions regarding the legal aspects of grant agreements, intellectual property and other issues related to research funding. Furthermore, Legal Affairs can give assistance in questions concerning administrative law, public access to official documents and secrecy. Contact Legal Affairs: juravd@uu.se
- Financial Administration.The Financial Administration and Procurement Division supports researchers and financial administrators regarding budgets and financial reports of externally funded projects, e.g. from EU framework programmes, American federal funding and the Wallenberg Foundations. You can ask questions directly in their support portal.
- Research data support. Uppsala University strives to offer the necessary resources and support for storing, analysing, sharing, making available and publishing research data throughout the research process.
- Library Services/Publications. Here you can find information about the support in publishing issues the library offers you as a researcher. You will also find tips and advice on how to reach out with your research and increase your visibility.
