Adaptable educational development training (AKU)
A flexible form of teacher competence training
As a parallel option to the regular course assortment and shorter consultation activities the unit for Academic Teaching and Learning is as of 2016 now offering a flexible form of teacher training program (”Anpassad Kompetensutveckling” or AKU). This provides the possibility to acquire formal and documented merits as a teacher in higher education based on national guidelines in a training format which is developed in co-operation with a department or constellation of departments. The training can thus be adapted to specific requirements and the teacher´s perceived competence development needs.
AKU:s can for example focus on specific themes such as blended learning strategies, inclusive teaching and assessment and is arranged at a venue and format that suits the department´s and teachers requirements.
If you are interested in arranging an AKU at your department please see the infomation about contact at he webpage.
