Handling of personal information and exam scanning
Information about the service My Exams
The service allows students to view and retrieve their exams once they
are scanned. Exams are stored in the system for two years after the
grade date. Students who want to keep their exams after two years
need to save them to their personal computers. Users who discover any
inaccuracies should contact the reception desk at campus Ångström.
The system handles the following personal information:
- User name (UID and EPPN)
- First name
- Surname
No personal data is ever transferred to a third party or to third countries (countries that are not members of the EU or EEA). You have the right to request a register extract in order to check what information is registered about you.
There is more information on how we handle personal data at the university.
