About the course

This advanced course explores superstrings, string dualities, and the AdS/CFT correspondence. Topics include black holes in string theory, particle derivation from the Standard Model, and modern computational techniques. Practical applications, such as holography, are emphasised. Upon completion, you will possess a concise yet comprehensive understanding of string theory and its relevance in theoretical physics.

The course is a continuation of the course Conformal Field Theory and String Theory.
