Principles of semiconductors, surfaces and solid-solid junctions. Basic electrochemical systems. Semiconductor electrolyte interface. Electron transfer, Dye-sensitisation and photocatalysis. Nanoparticles and nanostructured systems. Semiconducting molecular materials.
