About the course
This course provides basic knowledge about chemical concepts, models and principles that are used to describe properties of materials at an atomic and molecular level, as well as what effects the interactions between molecules have on both equilibrium properties and dynamic processes. The laboratories illustrate the different components of the course and are based on chemical phenomena in our surroundings. The course lays the foundation for further studies in chemistry and other natural sciences.
