About the course

Cultivation of cells in bioreactors. Purification and analysis of proteins on a preparative scale. Basic immunology including theory on antibodies and their application. Characterisation of proteins using modern bioanalytical och immunotechnological techniques. GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Legislation and regulations. Examination of large-scale industrial protein production processes. Communication training within selected profile areas integrated with other parts of the course.
