120 credits including 90 credits in science/engineering. The courses "Additive Manufacturing in Polymeric Materials" and "Additive Manufacturing in Metallic and Ceramic Materials" should have been attended. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course
Project course partly on-site outside Uppsala University, at various companies or institutes. Practical work and analysis of the process chain. Design and modelling using available software. Preparations for printing. Raw material handling. The printing process. Part removal. Post processing. How the chain of production may be adapted for different types of activities and products, and justify these adaptations.
