About the course

This course deals with what is popularly known as 'Scandinavian leadership'. From a Scandinavian perspective, it is seen as contemporary, culture-free and balanced, but to others in the world, it is perceived as culturally-based and quite extreme. The course gives a critical review of essential dimensions related to Scandinavian Leadership, explores challenges and opportunities for leading people and teams at work, and takes a closer look at values, identities, and ethics in search of what is truly Scandinavian.
