About the course

The course explores strategic, cultural, and organisational challenges that arise when businesses operate internationally. Students will analyse how globalisation shapes business opportunities and assess how companies navigate diverse markets, manage cross-cultural teams, and adapt their strategies globally. The course also emphasises the societal responsibilities of MNEs, preparing students to understand and engage with the dynamic global business environment.
