About the course

The course addresses methodology and regulations in clinical trials with a special focus on drug development. Key aspects of planning, initiation and conduct of clinical trials will be addressed as well as design and analysis of clinical trials using pharmacometric methods. The process and elements of clinical trial protocols will be studied through active case studies.
