A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. Proficiency in English equivalent to the general entry requirements for first-cycle (Bachelor's level) studies.

About the course
The course is devoted to analysing and critically reviewing the research questions, perspectives, argumentation and conclusions of musicological texts. The course includes the study of texts that have been of great importance in musicology. These texts vary between the different course sections and they can be taken from different sub-disciplines, such as music history, music theory, ethnomusicology or aesthetics.
