About the course
The conversation is essential to mankind, as a species and as individuals. One cannot stress enough the importance and implications of conversation. It is highly likely that spoken language evolved before written language. In early childhood, we acquire language through social interaction with our kin. Conversation lies at the heart of various services in the public sector, such as law enforcement, health care and public education. Furthermore, conversation skills play a key role in working in both the public and private sectors. If you would like to learn about the characteristics of conversation in different contexts or want to gain insight into conversation research, this may be the course for you.
