About the course
Do you want to understand how climate change is impacting the world and what can be done about it? In this course, you will dive into the big questions about climate change, justice, and human rights. How well do our traditional theories hold up when faced with the climate crisis? And who is really responsible for taking action - states, corporations, or us as individuals? You will also explore how today's global institutions are addressing these challenges and what reform proposals are emerging in current research. Additionally, you will analyze real cases where climate change challenges our established ways of thinking about global governance, with a particular focus on climate-induced migration and climate change as a security issue.
