Dr Vincent Dupret
Vincent Dupret is a vertebrate palaeontologist who studies placoderms (Silurian and Devonian armoured fishes). He focuses on the anatomy, systematics, and phylogeny of these extinct creatures, as well as their stratigraphic, palaeoenvironmental, and palaeogeographic distributions and contexts. As placoderms and early tetrapods frequently occur in the same ecosystems, Vincent’s expertise will aid in resolving the ecological dynamics of, and between, these groups.
Dr Vincent Dupret is Researcher at the Programme of Evolution and Development with the Department of Organismal Biology of Uppsala University in Sweden. His departmental webpage can be found here
