Assessment

The course consists of three modules: Theory and seminars 7.5 credits, field course 5 credits and project 2.5 credits.

The theory is examined orally and in writing. Furthermore, to pass the course, active participation in the seminars and field course is required, and a pass grade on presentations from the fieldwork, project and seminars.

If there are special reasons for doing so, an examiner may make an exception from the method of assessment indicated and allow a student to be assessed by another method. An example of special reasons might be a certificate regarding special pedagogical support from the university's disability coordinator.

Other directives

The course includes a field trip abroad. To participate in the field trip, students must pay a fee that covers part of the cost. Alternative instruction is arranged for students who do not wish to participate in the field trip.
