Entry requirements: 120 credits including basic knowledge in atom and molecular physics or physical chemistry. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

Principles of semiconductors, surfaces and solid-solid junctions. Basic electrochemical systems. Semiconductor electrolyte interface. Electron transfer, Dye-sensitisation and photocatalysis. Nanoparticles and nanostructured systems. Semiconducting molecular materials.
