Entry requirements: 120 credits with Dynamics of Earth Systems - Global Change, 10 credits, or Our Natural Resources, 10 credits. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course
The course inspects the disaster cycle (mitigation, preparation, response and recovery) in relation to natural hazards. You will discuss and propose solutions to complex problems in disaster risk reduction, where the disaster cycle is compared and critically analysed in relation to recent events.
