About the course
The course introduces modern analysis techniques for materials characterisation, which are used both in academic and industrial research and development. After the course, you shall be able to describe the principles for materials characterisation using different spectroscopic methods, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy, and discuss choices of methods for analysis.
