    Outline for distance course: The course is IT-based and taught via the university’s learning platform Studium and the video platform Zoom. The student needs access to a computer with speakers, microphone, and broadband connection to follow the course.

Entry requirements: A Bachelor's degree with specialisation in Hindi, Indology or the equivalent.

About the course

The course includes a detailed study of the history of Hindi literature with a focus on Modern Standard Hindi. It also follows up religious discourses, and how the intellectual history of modern South Asia relates to discourses on religion.
