Ongoing research projects
Currently, I am involved in two projects related to antimicrobial resistance. The first focuses on the development of a doxycycline-containing electrospun implant designed to provide localized antibiotic release for the treatment of periodontitis.
The second project involves electrospun nanoparticle-based wound dressings aimed at eliminating bacterial biofilms in chronic wounds.
