Ångström Materials Academy, ÅMA, is a strategic collaboration platform in materials science that brings together academia, industry and other actors with the aim of enabling research and development projects and new innovations that contribute to meeting our societal challenges.
Industry and academia are both advancing rapidly. How can one best utilise the research produced at the university? Industry operates in an environment of fierce competition and is eager to access the latest in materials science. ÅMA is a hub where various stakeholders can meet and identify new areas of collaboration.
ÅMA’s activities can be divided into three main areas: The Collaboration Accelerator for development of new areas of research and collaboration in materials science; the Infrastructure Guide to the materials field and the Networking Facilitator.
