Jessica Giandomenico is an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies. She holds a PhD in political science from Uppsala University and an MA in Eastern European Studies from Uppsala University. The title of her PhD Thesis is Transformative Power Challenged: EU Membership Conditionality in the Western Balkans Revisited. Her research interests are primarily the Western Balkans, power relations, elections, norm transfer and strategic communication.
