Short presentation

Clinical psychologist with a dissertation in 2014 focusing on studies of parents of children with cancer. Thereafter, continued research as post-doctor with focus on stress and PTSD. Since 2016, also clinically active in outpatient care for people with psychosis at the Uppsala University Hospital. Involved in research on severe mental ilnesses, particularly negative symptoms and cognitive function in schizophrenia. Since 2023, I work as a senior lecturer in clincal psychology.

Ongoing studies as principal investigator

Experiences of individuals exposed to sexual abuse by a close relative during childhood. (Qualitative study initiated by students in the psychology program.)

The relationship between adverse childhood experiences and negative symptoms in psychosis. (Systematic review and meta-analysis; see preregistration of the study protocol in PROSPERO.)

Motivation and Pleasure Scale – Self Report: a systematic review and meta-analysis of correlations between self-report and clinician-rated negative symptoms. (Systematic review and meta-analysis; see preregistration of the study protocol in PROSPERO.)
