The International Criminal Court (ICC).

In May 2024, EB-CRIME held its 2nd conference in the Hague, the Netherlands. We visited the International Criminal Court (ICC) where we initiated a book project together with ICC practitioners on the topic "Science and International Criminal Justice". We also visited Europol, the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP) and the Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI). During this conference we learnt a lot about e.g. international criminal law, investigations of mass graves for identification purposes, and also 3D-printers usage for printing weapons to be used to conduct crimes. We thank all the practitioners who met with us in these organisations and look forward to more collaborations and interactions moving ahead.
