SuperADAM
SuperADAM is a neutron reflectometer operated as a national research infrastructure at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL) European neutron research facility. SuperADAM can be used to investigate average plane structure in thin films at a level between a few nanometres to hundreds of nanometres and to show the depth distribution of light elements in thin films, polymer interfaces and solid/liquid interfaces and the magnetic structure of thin films.
Uppsala University hosts SuperADAM and the other participating universities are Linköping University and Lund University.
The Council for Research Infrastructures (RFI) funds this research infrastructure, which the Swedish Research Council considers to be in the national interest.
