Suvi Heikkuri

I am a Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economic History at Gothenburg University. My research areas are historical labor markets, technological change, human capital and skills, and income inequality. My doctoral project explored technological change and skills of the Swedish labor markets from 1870 to 1950.

In my postdoctoral project, I explore regional labor markets, mechanization of agriculture, income inequality, and demand for skills.
