About the course
Dimensions and units in mechanics. The concepts of force, force moment, momentum, angular momentum and moment of inertia and their application in the Newtonian description of translational and rotational motion. The concepts of work, power, kinetic (translational and rotational) and potential energy and their application in the description of motion using the law of energy. Special application: Vibrations.
