About the course
The course inspects environmental and climate change during the latest glacial period (ca. 100,000 years before the present). Natural environmental records as well as vegetation and landscape development over time are studied as evidence for environmental and climate change. Influence of man's activities on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems with a focus on environmental contaminants and also contaminated soil and water.
