Participation in Mineralogy and Gemmology. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course
The course addresses mineral chemistry of index minerals, thermodynamics and phase equilibrium combined with geothermobarometry to construct P-T-time paths. Metasomatism, fluid activity, metamorphic processes and the relationship with tectonic processes. You will get hands on experience of thermodynamic modelling through project work. Courses 1MP046, 1MP036 and 1MP037 are designed to fit together.
