About the course
A significant portion of activities in companies and organizations is conducted in project form, making knowledge of project methodology and project management essential. Working in projects also means working with or leading a group of people. Therefore, in this course, in addition to the basics of project management, you will also study group dynamics and leadership to gain a better understanding of how you, individuals, and groups function.
