About the course
This course explores the dynamic relationship between digitalisation and strategic management control. It covers key challenges at the intersection of strategy and management control, various approaches and models, and the influence of historical legacy on current practices and research. Students will also examine how roles, communication, and decision-making influence management control, and explore the effects of digitalisation on contemporary business issues.
