Study plans

The Master's programme in Innovative Medicine (IMIM) is given in collaboration between the four European partner universities: Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (The Netherlands), Heidelberg University (Germany), University of Tartu (Estonia) and Uppsala University (Sweden).

Students in the programme study the first year at the university in Heidelberg, Groningen, Tartu or Uppsala and then switch for the second year to either Uppsala, Tartu or Groningen.

This means that there can be five different study paths that lead to a Double Degree with a Master's Degree in Medical Sciences at Uppsala University. A compiled list of courses for the three different paths of study is presented below:

1. Year 1 Groningen + Year 2 Uppsala (UG/UU),

2. Year 1 Uppsala + Year 2 Groningen (UU/UG),

3. Year 1 Uppsala + Year 2 Tartu (UU/UT)
