New publication: Final Report Realizing Rights of Nature

A new popular science publication from researchers at CRS is available. The report summarizes the project's lessons learned from the Formas-funded project Realizing Rights of Nature: Sustaining Development and Democracy. The project's contribution was to demystify the rights of nature by placing this legal approach in a comparative and historical perspective, to focus attention on the relationship between the rights of nature and national interests, and to the need to take urban nature into account when considering the potential of the rights of nature.
