Selection: Higher education credits in science and engineering (maximum 240 credits)

Entry requirements: 120 credits including 60 credits in computer science, including Advanced Computer Architecture and Low-level Parallel Programming. Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6.

About the course
The course covers techniques for analysing, profiling and optimising concurrent and parallel programs. Problems and potential in horizontal scalability in terms of performance, energy, complexity, etc., is discussed. You get practical experience of using these techniques by participating in a small project.
