Collaboration and knowledge exchange
CIRCUS is in continuous contact with relevant research on cross-cutting research and has knowledge exchanges with national and international entities with similar missions. The members of the CIRCUS International Advisory Board provide an important interface.
Other important points of contact:
- Consortium of Humanities Centers and Institutes (CHCI). CIRCUS has been a member since 2021.
- The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities (TORCH) at the University of Oxford. TORCH became an important contact point even before CIRCUS started its activities. Since 2023, a formal cooperation agreement has been in place between the Disciplinary Domain of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Humanities Division of the University of Oxford.
- Global Alliance for Inter- and Transdisciplinarity (ITD Alliance). CIRCUS has been a member since 2024.
