Primary optics
- Focusing Kα1 monochromator (Ge(111) Johansson type)
- Motorized slitting system
Secondary optics
- Lynxeye strip PSD detector with 196 strips, maximum angle range 3.6º.
- Våntec micro gap PSD detector, maximum angle range 12º.
Three different test steps
- 9-position sample changer
- High temp. chamber 0-900ºC
- Low temp. step, T > 11 K
