D5000 Th-Th(Chemistry) and Th-Th(Physics)

Standard Bragg-Brentano for powder diffraction, θ-2θ measurements. ThTh geometry means that the sample is horizontal and the tube and detector are moving. This geometry is excellent for powder samples.

(Th-Th(Chemistry) with motorized divergence and antiscatter slots at the top, and Th-Th(Physics) with fixed slots below.)

D5000 Th-2 Th parallel beam instrument

A very easy to use parallel beam instrument where the main use is GIXRD on thin films. The system's optics have been upgraded in several rounds, and are completely on par with a new system.

• 0.15 och 0.40º parallel beam collimator

Sample holder for D5000

We have advanced special holders for thin films, e.g. vacuum holders and adjustable holders (for GIXRD and XRR).
