You are warmly invited to the conference Linguistic Integration of Ukrainian Refugee Children and their Families, which will take place on Friday, 13 March 2026.
The programme includes presentations from the LINC project as well as national perspectives on the linguistic integration of Ukrainian refugee children and their families in Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, and Estonia. The conference will feature presentations by Olga Urek and Oleksandra Hrebenshchykova (UiT The Arctic University of Norway), Ute Bohnacker and Olga Tonkonoha (Uppsala University), Ineta Dabašinskienė, Rūta Dapkūnaitė and Eglė Krickvaitė-Leišienė (Kaunas University), Reili Argus, Tiina Rüütmaa and Piret Baird (Tallinn University). The day will conclude with a guest lecture by Volodymyr Kulyk (Kyiv School of Economics) on language development in wartime among internally displaced persons and refugees from Ukraine.
