UU-RESC at CoSP11
Professor Elin Bjarnegård together with Åsa Eldén and Janithrika Jayasundara from Uppsala University Research Environment on Sexual Corruption (UU-RESC) participate at the 11th Conference of the States Parties (CoSP11) to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC).
Sexual corruption is the abuse of a position of power for personal gain in the form of sex. It is prevalent across all societies, yet remains largely underreported.
At CoSP10, Resolution 10/10 marked an important step, recognizing sexual corruption as a distinct form of corruption. Now, let’s make sexual corruption visible — and act against it.
The Uppsala University Research Environment on Sexual Corruption (UU-RESC) advances knowledge on how sexual corruption can be understood, measured, and prevented.
On this page UU-RESC has collected research and resources on sexual corruption, of particular relevance for CoSP11.
