Peetra Magnusson – Inflammation, thrombosis and ischemia in vascular biology
In our research, we focus on increasing the understanding of dysfunctional blood vessels in the brain and how the blood vessels can be protected against ischemia. With increased knowledge about hemostasis in vascular malformations in the brain and how lack of oxygen affects vessels, we want to find therapeutic methods by reusing already approved drugs.
