Learn about strong passwords and get started with password managers in this CyberRiskLab workshop!
What makes a password good or bad? How to generate a good password? Why is reusing passwords problematic? How to keep track of your passwords? Are there alternatives to passwords? These are some of the questions we will discuss. We will end with a hands-on session, generating passwords and getting started with password managers and two-factor authentication. If you want, you can bring your laptop/phone/other device.
Before the session, you can also visit the exhibition "The Glass Room – Misinformation Edition". It shows how misinformation is created, why it is shared, and how it affects us – often more than we realise. The exhibition is open from 11:00–12:00.
