Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit

The Obstetrics & Gynecology researchers strive to improve the care of women with gynecological problems, pregnant women and newborn children, nationally and globally. A particular focus is placed on women's mental health in relation to sex hormones, pregnancy and the postpartum period. Fetal medicine is strong area, where KBH leads or participates in a number of national studies on prediction of preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and intrauterine growth restriction.
