Datasets for research
The researchers that use samples from U-CAN in a project agree to share analysis data with U-CAN after the study is published. Other projects can then apply to U-CAN for use of these datasets in new research. Accessing the datasets through U-CAN provides possibility to link further data to individuals in the cohort. All research using data from U-CAN requires ethical approval.
Contact U-CAN for detailed information before submitting an application for access to datasets, restrictions may apply for how different datasets can be shared.
Datasets from the studies below are currently available with U-CAN in Uppsala.
